Clients access a meeting by using a unique URL. Even without this URL, clients can access their meeting by using the meeting ID provided by Stropheus. The online meeting platform is accessible from any internet capable computer, tablet, or smartphone, and also worldwide through local telephone numbers for audio-only collaboration. The meeting room allows for:

- secure simultaneous audio and video communications

- secure document transfer

- whiteboard for visualization

- audio and video playback
