Stuart Weichsel is a tax, corporate, and business attorney with broad experience in partnership/LLC tax and corporate issues, corporate formation and transactions, and employment law issues. He negotiates and drafts LLC Operating Agreements, Shareholder Agreements, LLC Membership Purchase Agreements, and similar corporate documents. He also reviews corporate and employment documents for tax issues, including income, deferred compensation, and employment tax.
Along with doing corporate drafting and tax work. Mr. Weichsel has also handled tax controversies, including New York state income tax and sales tax audits. Stuart Weichsel has been an Adjunct Professor of Business Law in the Economics Department of Hunter College of the City University of New York, and he started his career as a clerk for former chief Judge Tannenwald of the U.S. Tax Court, Washington D.C. He graduated from Georgetown University Law Center.
